Job descriptionThe Corus Hotel Hyde Park is a 4** hotel with 389 bedrooms and 3 meeting rooms.
It is the flagship hotel of the company which overlooks and provides scenic views of the well known and loved Hyde Park.
The Hotel is located in a busy and vibrant area which is closely situated to many of London's most prominent and visited areas such as Oxford Street, Park Lane and Notting Hill.
We are part of Corus Hotels, a successful privately owned company with 4 hotels across the country.We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a F&B Supervisor.
We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated individual with proven experience within the hotel industry.
As a F&B Supervisor you will ensure the smooth running of the Food & Beverage department, as well as service guests within the Food & Beverage department.
You will also maximise guest satisfaction and food and beverage profitability.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about hospitality and dedicated to achieve standards of service excellence throughout all areas of the F&B department.
