The LiveWell Dorset digital customer service advisers use a range of skills to engage, assess and support individuals to make changes that can make a significant and lasting difference to people's lives.

You will very much be using the latest behaviour change science to guide your interactions with our clients.

LiveWell Dorset is a key part of the Public Health Dorset aim to improve the health of local people.

The service has attracted national attention as a novel and innovative approach to helping people change their behaviours and live healthier lives.


What you will be doing


Public Health Dorset is an organisation with a mandate to protect and improve our population's health across Bournemouth, Dorset and Poole.

We work in partnership with Dorset Council, the Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole Council, the Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group and numerous other organisations.


About you
Due to the launch of an exciting project, we are seeking a team member to join us.


We are looking for a confident communicator with a can-do attitude to play a pivotal role in our mission to help people live healthier lives.

As a digital customer service advisor, you will respond to, online, telephone and live webchat within our friendly wellness advisor team.

As the first point of contact for our service you will adapt your communication style as necessary, providing excellent customer service and delivering personable and knowledgeable support.

You must be confident in the use of digital technology as part of the role will be to support our clients to use technology to manage their health.
