Description

I'm currently working with a private investment office who are looking for a Head of Tax to deal and manage all tax affairs of a highly successful entrepreneur and their investment office.

The role requires Private Client (including res Non-Dom) and corporatetax experience.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Structuring of family holding and various entities both in the UK and internationally
Overseeing tax filings required by the related entities
Managing relationships with external stakeholders
Building and managing the internal finance function including treasury and reporting

Skills and experience:

Understanding of a family office environment
Willingness and ability to build processes for a new structure
