Description

To establish good working relationships at all levels and in all disciplines throughout the Trust as appropriate to carry out role within the department Maintain a professional working relationship with members of the public, colleagues and other health care professionals Working closely with Operational Managers within EOC to support the application of YAS policies and procedures To produce timely documentation following meetings to all relevant delegates, requiring prolonged periods of concentration to ensure accuracy of minutes To provide administration support to EOC functions which may require working with both internal and external stakeholders To assist in producing key project documentation, including Business Cases, Project Plans, Project Initiation Documents, risk logs and other user documentation Collate information and produce reports as required To assist with the monitoring, evaluation of workload providing feedback on trends To have an awareness of all roles across EOC and their support requirements To review and update working practices in the light of developments For more information, please refer to the attached job description and person specification.
