Blueprint Recruitment have a fantastic opportunity for Senior Electrical Design Engineers to join a market leading Utility company who are investing over £2billion into Water construction projects over the next five years.

This is an opportunity to workfor an end client and play a key role in their project delivery.


For the successful Electrical Design Engineers, our client is offering hybrid working with 2-3 days in their Coventry or Derby office and a minimum 6-month contract inside IR35.


The role


Reporting to the Design Excellence Lead, this role will explore the opportunity to adopt new techniques and technologies for the Water Capital Programme.

With significant technical electrical experience at leadership level, you will raise the standards withinthe design function.

You will design training programmes, develop our junior engineers, drive innovation and act as the 'go-to' person for all electrical related queries within the design function.


What we are looking for

  • Strong ability to input into multiple projects.
  • Mechanical design experience from feasibility through to detailed design, construction and commissioning.
