An innovative, entrepreneurial and growing Life Insurance business is currently recruiting for a Finance Operations Analyst to be based in their Swansea office.

This role would ideally suit someone either already working in the operations space for an insurance business or coming out of an accountancy practice having worked with / audited insurance companies, have a proven track record of reporting and presenting onkey business drivers to senior management and have strong business partnering skills.
