Description

Working as part of a fast paced Commercial team focusing on the management, collation and reporting of Lead generation, Sales activity and New Business wins.

Providing the Commercial Director with departmental metrics, statistics and reporting on the Sales functions across 5 sectors. Supporting the Commercial function, primarily by providing administrative support to facilitate the ongoing growth and development of the business.

  • Ownership of New Business Pipeline documentation, maintained up to date with new leads, updating of detail around timescales, value and proposals
  • Collating reporting of Sales activity, Pipeline content and New Business wins
  • Produce departmental statistics
  • Completion of associated administrative tasks including running and managing meetings, and reporting on Commercial team activity.
  • Cross functional working with key colleagues including operations, finance, HR and SHEQ.
  • Monthly reporting and analysis of business development activity and prospect status.
  • Contribution to the creation of high quality customer proposals (submission and presentation material).

Qualifications:

  • Maths and English GCSE
