Job Title:
Sales Administrator


Reports to:
Sales Manager


Primary Objective
The primary objective of the job is ensure all administrative tasks are completed for the sales person(s)


Relationships

The job has functional relationships with:

  • Sales
  • Operations
  • Accounts
  • Production
  • Customers

Key Responsibilities
-
To complete admin tasks:


  • Process Orders
  • Process Quotes
  • Book appointments for sales person
  • Use Odoo operating system to develop and move forward existing customers
  • Plan and prioritise tasks every day
  • General office duties

To provide excellent Customer Service:

  • Regular contact to key accounts
  • Answer customer queries.
  • Answer phone
  • Make phone calls
  • Make sales related decisions in the confidence of management

KPIs

  • Orders + quotes processed._
  • Outbound phone calls_

Working hours:
Mon-Thu Fri

Onsite parking


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
