Sales Administrator

Sales Manager
Primary Objective
The primary objective of the job is ensure all administrative tasks are completed for the sales person(s)

- Sales

- Customers
Key Responsibilities

To complete admin tasks:
- Process Orders
- Process Quotes
- Book appointments for sales person
- Use Odoo operating system to develop and move forward existing customers
- Plan and prioritise tasks every day
- General office duties
To provide excellent Customer Service:
- Regular contact to key accounts
- Answer customer queries.
- Answer phone
- Make phone calls
- Make sales related decisions in the confidence of management
KPIs
- Orders + quotes processed._
- Outbound phone calls_
