Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Groundworker to join our team.

As a Groundworker at Elliotts Facilities Management, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients' properties and ground work requirements are delivered in a professional, safe manner.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Clearing the construction site of vegetation and performing site clearance tasks.
  • Removing old drainage or other pipework systems as needed.
  • Leading any necessary demolition work required to prepare the site for construction.
  • Preparing the ground for the building team to lay the foundations.
  • Setting up the construction site in accordance with project requirements.
  • Laying pavements, driveways, and kerbs to specifications, ensuring quality and durability.

Requirements:


  • Valid SPA License.
  • Previous experience as a Groundworker is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of groundworks techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
  • Full, clean driving license.

  • Construction: 1 year (preferred)
