RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing administrative support to the Managing Director
- HR support/tracking of working hours & vacations
- Operations support
- Logistics/Purchasing/Production (e.g. stock list control, incoming invoicing, incoming and outgoing goods)
- Preparation and followup of meetings incl. writing of meeting minutes
- Creation of presentations and documents
- Assisting with projects of any kind as an extended arm for the General Manager
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- High level of integrity & discretion
