This is a full-time role _
across two venues_ assisting in all aspects of supervising a small coffee & jacket potato shop where cocktails, wines and beers are also served.

The role also requires supervising a busy bar & restaurant over the weekend.

You will be required to assist in covering all front of house management duties, including ordering stock, food prep, training of staff, serving on the bar, waitressing and maintaining standards of operation.

An all-rounder with a 'can-do' attitude and desire to progress within the company.

Barista & cocktail experience is preferred but is not essential, as we are keen on training new people up if they show dedication and a positive attitude.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Weekend availability
