About the role:

The main purpose of the role is retaining and growing our customer base.

This involves managing a portfolio of partnerships, developing good relationships with your clients, identifying their needs, ensuring they understand our service, and being able toshow the impact and mental health outcomes of our service to them, as well as engaging the end user.


About you:


  • At least 3 years experience of managing relationships in a commercial or business development role
  • Confident in presenting, including at C-Suite/senior leadership level
  • Proven experience managing deals above £150k
  • Confident working remotely, autonomously and with ambiguity and with the ability to travel as required
  • A genuine passion for the mental health sector and improving the lives of millions of people
  • Excellent conversational skills; able to talk confidently and passionately and hold engaging conversations
  • Able to identify and generate new growth/expansion opportunities within your portfolio
  • Skilled at delivering data insights and evidence based impact reporting
