PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Duties and Responsibilities
Maintenance of inhouse bespoke stock system 'SiteLive'
Daily reconciliation of stock movements entering and leaving the warehouse
Reconciliation of stock on the SiteLive to SAGE financial system
Organising and conducting regular stock takes to ensure accuracy and reliability
Input of stock counts into our system
Reporting of stocktake results for reconciliation and being responsible for appropriate investigations
Hold the direct responsibility for implementation and maintenance of stock control processes to include - issuing and receipting checks along with managing system controls.
Maintaining accuracy of stock item details
Regular reconciliation of deliveries receipted against purchase orders by Goods in
Collaborative working within departments for accurate stock quantity and costs
Ensure site Proof of Delivery sheets are submitted from couriers / drivers
Generating Picks / Kit Request Form / Returns reports on Excel from SiteLive reporting system
Raising courier Purchase Orders
Checking courier invoices against Courier Request Forms
Continuous improvement of courier supply of invoices / costing
Engage in the forecast of supply and demand to obtain information useful in improving the continuity of supply chain
Supervise the maintenance of a warehouse and ensure proper arrangement of stock
Conduct assessment of supply chain to identify risks and develop solutions useful in minimizing losses
Oversee the placing of orders and ensure requested goods are delivered on time
Establish and maintain good working relationships with suppliers to enable easier procurement of products

Experience in stock control
General knowledge of modern warehouse and inventory practice
Knowledge - Desirable
Knowledge of all types of materials and parts required for site rigging and van replenishment
Knowledge of excel formulas for effective and efficient report creation
Experience - Essential

Experience - Desirable
- Stock control and warehouse experience
- Knowledge and experience of bookkeeping in relation to stock control
- Knowledge of Quality Systems (preferably ISO 9001, 14001, 18001)
- Use of counterbalance FLT
Qualifications
- Industry specific training will be provided by Circet Wireless Limited
- 2 years+ experience as a stock controller in a similar industry
Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
