Director's Assistant - London, United Kingdom - Heating Parts Specialist
Description
Responsibilities:
- Have accounting experience (or willing to learn) manage accounts payable and receivable. Utilize accounting software and tools to track financial transactions, invoices, and expenses. Support financial reporting and reconciliations as needed.
- Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook) for Heating Parts Specialist including posting new content daily and managing comments/comments on posts.
- Assist with data entry for various projects including invoices, credit card payments, etc.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.
- Conduct and report research on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
- Thrive in a fastpaced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Proactively identify areas where support is needed and provide assistance to ensure optimal workflow.
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Accounting knowledge or willingness to learn basic accounting principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Adept at problemsolving and making quick decisions.
- Previous administrative or assistant experience is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving tasks and responsibilities.
