Duties and Responsibilities of Graphic Designer:

Graphic Design:

Develop visually appealing designs for various products, marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, social media graphics, presentations, and other promotional materials.

Ensure designs align with the brand guidelines, target audience, and campaign objectives.


Digital Design:
Create engaging and effective designs for digital platforms, including websites, mobile apps, and social media channels. Design user interfaces, banners, icons, and other digital assets that enhance the user experience.


Print Design:
Design
and prepare artwork for print production, ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, and color profiles. Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality output.


Background Removal:
Clean up product images by removing backgrounds to create a clean and professional appearance. Ensure the focus is solely on the product and its important features.


Highlight Important Features:

Emphasize the key features and details of the products through strategic design elements such as arrows, callouts, or highlighting techniques.

Direct the viewer's attention to the product's unique selling points.


Image Editing and Enhancement:
Edit and enhance product images to ensure optimal quality, lighting, and color accuracy. Make adjustments as needed to create visually appealing and accurate representations of the products.


Quality Control:

Perform thorough quality checks to ensure that the final retail display pictures meet the highest standards of accuracy and visual appeal.

Pay attention to details, such as pixel-perfect image cropping and overall image consistency.


Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creators, and developers, ecommerce product publisher to understand project requirements and translate them into impactful designs.

Effectively communicate design concepts, iterations, and rationale to stakeholders.


Creativity and Innovation:
Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices. Bring fresh ideas and creative solutions to design projects, pushing boundaries and exploring new design techniques.


Time and Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and effectively communicate project status and challenges to team leaders.


Qualifications, Skills and experience for Graphic Designer:

  • Degree/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, demonstrating a strong portfolio of design projects.
  • Proficiency in industrystandard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or other graphic design software.
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
  • Experience in digital design for websites, mobile apps, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices.
  • Excellent creativity and innovation, with the ability to think conceptually and bring fresh ideas to design projects.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creative expression with adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
  • Time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types:

£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
