Duties:


  • Participate in a structured training program covering sales techniques, customer service, and management principles
  • Shadow experienced managers to learn about team leadership, operations, and strategic planning
  • Engage with clients, understand their needs, and learn to provide effective solutions
  • Gain handson experience by working in different departments and roles within the organisation
  • Collaborate with team members and managers to achieve departmental goals

Salary:
From £25,892.87 per year
