The Company


Our client; based in Aylesbury city centre is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.


The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead; your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Oversight and support of ATOS' project delivery
  • Resilience and performance of local desktop, print and WiFi services
  • Provision of first contact support for IT technology
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers as required
  • Develop, document and communicate FAQs
  • Create Unix and Powershell scripts
  • Analyse, resolve and fix minor IT infrastructure incidents
  • Provide MI as requested
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills and experiences:

  • Incident resolution skills to a level to provide first line support
  • Knowledge and understanding of ITIL principles
  • Knowledge of Java, VBA,.Net
  • Up to date awareness of cyber security developments
  • Experience within financial services
  • Indepth understanding of IT office environment technology, including Windows, Unix, SQL
  • Experience in Script Development (Unix & Powershell)
  • Degree level or equivalent

The Package

  • Salary up to £40,000 DOE + bonuses
