The Company
Our client; based in Aylesbury city centre is looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Role
Reporting to the Service Delivery Lead; your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Oversight and support of ATOS' project delivery
- Resilience and performance of local desktop, print and WiFi services
- Provision of first contact support for IT technology
- Liaising with 3rd party suppliers as required
- Develop, document and communicate FAQs
- Create Unix and Powershell scripts
- Analyse, resolve and fix minor IT infrastructure incidents
- Provide MI as requested
- Incident resolution skills to a level to provide first line support
- Knowledge and understanding of ITIL principles
- Knowledge of Java, VBA,.Net
- Up to date awareness of cyber security developments
- Experience within financial services
- Indepth understanding of IT office environment technology, including Windows, Unix, SQL
- Experience in Script Development (Unix & Powershell)
- Degree level or equivalent
The Package
- Salary up to £40,000 DOE + bonuses
- Monday
- Friday working hours
