**Senior Business Partner

As part of this transformation, Stoke are looking to identify 2
Senior Business Partners across a range of key areas including Adult Social Care and Public Health.

The
Senior Business Partner posts will work within a commercially focused team to provide financial and commercial advice and support across dedicated directorates and transformational projects across the Council.

Responsibilities include;

Working proactively with Directorate Management Teams and stakeholders in the financial governance and control of the Directorate toachieve strategic objectives
Business partnering with Directorate Management Team to provide financial and commercial advice on strategic and operational matters to support decisionmaking
Supporting and informing the overall Medium-Term Financial Strategy (MTFS) for the Council as an integral element of the overall financial strategy
Ensuring a culture of continuous improvement, looking to add value within a firstclass business partnering service
Leadership and development of Service Finance Team
CCAB/CIMA qualified Finance professional with evidence of continuing personal development
Proven business partnering approach with a track record of developing influential working relationships at strategic level
