Overview:
We are on the hunt for individuals who can shine within an established Belfast agency that is already providing the very highest level of service to our clients.
We want someone with the expertise to hit the ground running and the desire to be part of an exciting office and team.
No two days are ever the same, within this diverse role, you will have the opportunity to deal with a number of different people, ranging from vendors, landlords, buyers, and tenants.
You will divide your time between our Ballyhackamore office and being out and about on viewings when required, making this an amazing place for someone with excellent organisation and negotiation skills to become a crucial part of our growing team.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Arranging viewing appointments and gaining feedback.
- Negotiating with potential buyers.
- Obtaining local market information to assist with Market Appraisals.
- Assisting with launching properties to the market.
- Assisting with property viewings for sales & lettings.
- Exceptional relationship building with clients including third parties.
- Assiting in achieving sales targets.
- Meeting financial services referral targets.
- Providing support to Sales & Lettings Teams where required.
- Various administrative tasks.
Experience and skills required:
- Sound knowledge of, and experience in, customer service is essential.
- Strong communicator; friendly, outgoing with a professional telephone manner.
- Front of house experience with a positive cando attitude.
- Excellent standard of written English language and attention to detail.
- Presentable, wellspoken and confident.
- Selfmotivated, trustworthy and reliable.
- Good IT skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Experience and general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and problemsolving approach to tasks.
- Ability to work within a team.
- Full UK driving licence
Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-20 per week
Salary:
£10.50-£12.00 per hour
