Description
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Prepare technical specification in line with requirements determined by the land acquisition, technical and sales information
- Resolve technical queries on designs during the design and construction phase of the development
- Recognise problems and present appropriate commercial solutions speedily and communicate these in an effective manner
- Liaise with Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors for information
- Internal liaison with Planning, Commercial, Construction and Sales
- Prepare and monitor technical specifications
- Issue drawings and information for construction purposes, using the correct protocols as instructed by the Technical Director
- Support Technical Managers on job running and lead where necessary
- Monitor all consultant design information to the agreed programme
