Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Marketing Executive to join our team.
As a Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services.

Main Purpose:
Support the Head of Marketing in the delivery of the consumer marketing plans / strategies across all company owned and managed properties.
To retain, monitor and grow the customer relationships and business by pro-active customer management and the use of multi-platform marketing/communication media.
Main Duties:
- Work with the Head of Marketing to prepare annual plans to be communicated to tenants
- Support Head of Marketing in agency selection, appointment, management and SLA's.
- Day to day management of thirdparty agencies
- Day to day responsibility for marketing plan implementation (multiple sites)
- Develop relationships with centre teams, key tenants and local stakeholders for each property
- Responsible for keeping consumer websites updated
- Social media monitoring
- Event management
- Write creative briefs and direct design agencies on look, feel and message in line with plan
- Attend monthly asset teams calls
- Update the marketing section of the monthly management reports
- Regular liaison with site teams via teams calls and scheduled visits
- Support Head of Marketing/central leasing team with marketing initiatives /centre photo shoots
- To collate, analyse and present research for the marketing strategy
- To deliver campaigns and events from concept to completion working closely with suppliers involved in the delivery of the project/event
Health and Safety:
- To take responsibility for the implementation of HASAWA
- To keep up to date with developments in legislation and their impact on your role, that of the team and properties
- To liaise with statutory and corporate bodies adhering to regulations and guidance
- To operate and deliver within the law
- Comply with the Data Protection Act
- Ensure events and associated contractors adhere to company health and safety policies
- To assess and approve all risk assessments and insurances for any activities or events under company or third party instruction
- Use own initiative and creativity to develop role and business
- Work effectively under pressure
Communication:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent report writing skills to deliver detailed reports meeting business requirements
- Effective contribution at management meetings, client and business meetings and present self as an ambassador when representing the company
- To build a network of contacts including key local and press representatives
Organisational Skills:
- Effectively manage own time and support the team
- Achieve own and company deadlines
- Ability to prioritise and forward plan
- Show flexibility
Requirements, Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic competency with IT and technology
- Working knowledge of entrepreneurial, fast paced, flexible retail/office environment
- Strong timemanagement skills to prioritise tasks and ensure efficient service
- Observant and able to complete accurate reports
- To have a working knowledge of own Health and Safety responsibilities
- Have experience of digital campaign management such as Website CMS (Word Press), Canva, Google analytics, Google SEO
- Must have excellent copywriting skills
- Have working experience working on Social media Content and management platforms
- Be creative and have great imagination and ideas
- Take a hands on approach with any task
- Ability to travel and work at multiple locations as and when required
