As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for providing top-quality powder coating services to some of the largest industrial companies in the world.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in powder coating and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and clean surfaces to be coated by using various methods, such as sanding, blasting, or chemical treatments.
Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Monitor and control the powder coating process, including temperature, humidity, and curing time, to achieve desired results.
Inspect finished products for quality assurance, checking for any defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies in the coating.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient production flow.
Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and any other relevant documentation.
Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, techniques, and efficiency in powder coating operations.

Requirements:

Experience in powder coating within an industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of powder coating techniques, materials, and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labour.
Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in planning ahead and working to fast turnaround times.
Goods inward and despatch planning and communication with clients/transport companies.
