As a Powder Coater, you will be responsible for providing top-quality powder coating services to some of the largest industrial companies in the world.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional with experience in powder coating and a passion for delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and clean surfaces to be coated by using various methods, such as sanding, blasting, or chemical treatments.
  • Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, troubleshoot any issues, and perform routine maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and control the powder coating process, including temperature, humidity, and curing time, to achieve desired results.
  • Inspect finished products for quality assurance, checking for any defects, imperfections, or inconsistencies in the coating.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with team members to prioritize work orders, meet deadlines, and ensure efficient production flow.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used, work performed, and any other relevant documentation.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes, techniques, and efficiency in powder coating operations.

Requirements:


  • Experience in powder coating within an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of powder coating techniques, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labour.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and practices in a manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
  • Good organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in planning ahead and working to fast turnaround times.
  • Goods inward and despatch planning and communication with clients/transport companies.
