Firefly are currently working with a fast paced I.T Services business in Buckinghamshire, to recruit a Finance Manager.

Working closely with the CEO, you will possess good all round accounting skills to Trail Balance coupled with strong debit and creditskills.

The Role:

Posting of month end journals
Accruals and prepayments
All aspects of sales and purchase ledgers including credit control
Reconciliation of control accounts
Reconciling bank statements
Processing supplier payment runs using Bankline and ensuring all other monthly payments related to the business are made on time.
Producing month end reports (FD to oversee and assist)
VAT returns
Payroll, including HMRC submissions and year end processes
Reconcile and pay company credit cards
Provide holiday cover for Sales Support Exec.

About You

The ability to modernise how certain aspects of the accounts are done where applicable
Ability to work with Sage Cloud 50 Accounts and Sage Cloud 50 Payroll.
Strong credit control experience.
