As customer support, you will support the company in achieving its business objectives by delivering professional support, guidance and training to internal and external partners from their central London office.

Description
As a successful customer support, your responsibilities will be:

  • First point of contact for diagnosing and resolving client's technical/support issues
  • First point of contact for supporting other stakeholder groups with technical / support issues
  • Identify and escalate High Priority issues to the appropriate team member
  • Troubleshooting
  • Monitor team queue for new issues, and utilise ticket management software to appropriately document issues.
  • Set up and administer Technology systems and teach clients how to use them

Profile

The successful customer support will have:

  • English and Spanish
  • Helpdesk or equivalent experience
  • Technological understanding and background
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Experience in managing multiple tasks and priorities, and work under challenging deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills & proven experience in making recommendations and taking action, often in ambiguous situations.
  • Effective problem solver and able to use own initiative
  • High work standards and attention to detail.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MS Teams).
