looking for an enthusiastic person that will fit into the team and wants to make a career within our growing business.
This is a full-time permanent office-based job, and we will provide full training in all aspects of the role.We need basic computer skills in Word & Excel, good communication skills (both written & verbal) and a willingness to work in a busy office environment.
It will involve speaking to customers so a confident telephone manner is important (the job does not involve cold calling).
The Role - Estimator / Administrator
- Basic Wage £22308 per year (£11 per hour 39 hour working week)
- Additional Bonus Scheme on completion of training
- Paid Holiday 20 days per year (plus public holidays)
Managing filing system.
Preparing quotations & Invoices.
Notifying Customers of Deliveries / Installations.
Recording information as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Job Types:
