This person will co-ordinate and support all aspects of the attraction, recruitment, onboarding and development of the SJP Early in Careers Programmes.

This role spans all aspects of Early in Careers and will be the main point of contact internally and externally for SJP programmes.


What you'll be doing:


  • Support the EiC Attraction & Recruitment Partners in creating a yearly events calendar showing all activities/timelines to deliver the EiC programmes.
  • Collate feedback from participants of all events to understand where improvements could be achieved.
  • Assist the business and Partnership with work experience enquires and ensure that all work experience students are onboarded into the business & compliant.
  • Responsible for setting up all final stage interviews across all EC programmes with line managers.
  • Collaborate with the HR People Services team to ensure the onboarding experience for all EiC hires is best in class.
  • Admin management for assessment centres including sourcing assessors and booking event spaces.
  • Monitor and record learning and development activity for all EiC employees & attend events onsite and offsite as required.
  • Support EiC Delivery Manager with management of DofE ambassadors until completion of programme in 202
  • Collaborate with the talent MI & Data partner to ensure there is Integrity in EC data and reports.

Who we're looking for:


  • Knowledge of recruitment from either Early Career or experienced hiring background.
  • Experience of setting up and overseeing the successful delivery of recruitment events.
  • Previous experience in working with large data sets and drawing insights.
  • Experience of working in a fast paced and multifaceted role where conflicting timescales and priorities are common.
  • Confident user of MS products, eg Excel, PowerPoint, MS forms.
  • Understand the benefits of automation and how processes can be improved.
  • Understanding of the services and products SJP provides.
  • Accurate, timely and clear communicator able to work proactively.
