KB Trades are urgently seeking a Receptionist for part time work in Walsall. If you're an organised and welcoming person, this is the job for you

You will provide a professional front of house service to external and internal customers, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the reception desk and communal areas.

Your duties will include:
.Welcome and induct visitors to the facility

.Management of meeting room bookings using the online system

.Use of franking machine and organising postage (incoming and outgoing)

.Maintain staff and visitor records

.Manage stationery and staff welfare supplies

.Liaise with Facilities Management team to ensure repair and maintenance issues are logged

.Management of petty cash

.Maintain appearance and tidiness of reception, meeting rooms and communal areas.

Salary:
From £10.50 per hour
