£50,000 (DoE)


What would I be doing day to day?

Key duties:

  • Provide diary management for activities relating to recruitment and talent, exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
  • Complete and execute contracts and hire forms, as well as supporting with ad hoc HR projects
  • Supporting the HR team with offer and onboarding activities
  • Help to coordinate diversity initiatives and external relationships
  • Helping to coordinate the use of testing and assessments across various streams of recruitment and job levels

What is the company looking for?

  • 3+ years' experience in recruitment coordination or in an EA or Administrative role within a financial or professional industry
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Degreelevel education strongly preferable
  • Superb organisation and prioritisation tasks
  • Impeccable communication style and excellent written and oral English skills
  • Ambitious and unafraid of new challenges
