Recruitment Coordinator

£50,000 (DoE)
What would I be doing day to day?
Key duties:
- Provide diary management for activities relating to recruitment and talent, exercising a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Complete and execute contracts and hire forms, as well as supporting with ad hoc HR projects
- Supporting the HR team with offer and onboarding activities
- Help to coordinate diversity initiatives and external relationships
- Helping to coordinate the use of testing and assessments across various streams of recruitment and job levels
What is the company looking for?
- 3+ years' experience in recruitment coordination or in an EA or Administrative role within a financial or professional industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Degreelevel education strongly preferable
- Superb organisation and prioritisation tasks
- Impeccable communication style and excellent written and oral English skills
- Ambitious and unafraid of new challenges
