The job itself:

Withernsea High School is located in the pleasant, rural seaside town of Withernsea and serves the population of the town and surrounding villages.

We are currently looking to appoint a HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant) to work within the progress team and support students with a diverse range of needs within our provision outside of mainstream education.

You will implement and lead appropriate interventions with a small group of students who are not accessing full time mainstream lessons.

For the above post, you should be flexible, able to work independently, meet pre-determined deadlines and possess good verbal communication skills.

The successful applicants should be proficient in building positive relationships with students, together with a professional approach with teachers and other members of the progress team.

A friendly, outgoing but firm personality is essential.
