Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Baker to join our team by the end of June. If you have a passion for artisan baking and possess a strong skill set in sourdough production, hand-shaping baguettes, and working with ovens, we want to hear from you


At our bakery, we pride ourselves on creating authentic bread without the use of improvers or chemicals in our dough.

We believe in traditional baking techniques and are committed to producing high-quality, flavorful bread for our customers. While we value experience, we also understand the need to train individuals to align with our unique methods.


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of a couple of years of artisan baking experience
  • Proficiency in working with real sourdough
  • Ability to handshape baguettes with precision
  • Familiarity with oven operations, including the use of a peel

Our working hours typically run from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm, with a maximum of 5 days per week, including a Friday evening shift.

  • The salary for this position is approximately
    £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience and suitability for the role.


Joining our small team of 3, you will have the opportunity to learn from and collaborate with highly skilled and experienced individuals.

Located in Little Chalfont, our bakery is easily accessible by tube or car.
