**Job Title: Technical Coordinator

Salary:
£25,000 - £35,000 (flexible, depending on experience)

Location:

Wigan**Calibre Search are currently working with the technical team of a housing developer, well known for delivering high quality affordable homes throughout the Northwest.

We're looking for a Technical Coordinator to join the team.

We're not looking for the finished article, however we would expect some experience post-graduation either as an Architectural Technologist in private practice (ideally focussing on residential schemes),or as a Technician / Technologist for another housebuilder.

Role requirements

A degree in an Architecture related field.
Experience using CAD software.
Ideally at least 1 year of experience working on residential projects, or in the housebuilding sector.
