Triple A (All About Autism) is a small Penrith based charity working across Cumbria, supporting and connecting autistic adults.

We operate a diverse service portfolio including the Navigator Programme, Positive Pals, post-diagnosis support, inclusion at work and Autism Awareness training delivery.


The Inclusion at Work team:


Triple A's Inclusion at Work service is a successful programme supporting autistic people living in Cumbria to find paid employment, build employability skills, access volunteer opportunities and appropriate training.

The team also works with employers and volunteer organisations, helping them to make appropriate reasonable adjustments to enable autistic people to bring their skills to the workplace though training and liaison.


The role:

They will also deliver employment-specific autism awareness training to organisations and workplaces.


Requirements:


  • Higher education or equivalent proven experience
  • Experience in autism and/or disability and employment landscape
  • Able to work throughout Cumbria
  • Experience with companybased autism, disability and inclusion initiatives a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:


  • Highly motivated, resultsorientated team player
  • Excellent understanding of autism
  • Demonstrated strength in building collaborative relationships with team members and business partners
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organisational skills
  • Detailorientation
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse and present data
  • Good presentation and speaking skillsPay: £15 per hour plus travel

Hours:
Part-time, 14 hours per month flexible by negotiation

Location:
Hybrid role partially based in our Penrith office with some travel expected
