Operations Director
Edinburgh

Operations Director to join their site, on a permanent basis. The Operations Director will be accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of CBD drug products.

The role:

  • Provides team leadership for all operations managers and staff, sets strategic direction and priorities, and ensures safety,
regulatory, and quality compliance for the manufacture of CBD products, intended for human consumption.

  • Support programs in all phases of development in scaleup to commercial and managing businesses.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to a Manufacturing heads, supervisors and technical staff
  • Oversight and accountability for maintaining CBD compliant operations and inspection readiness
  • Ensuring the safe handling and processing of hazardous materials and the integrity of equipment and facility environments

Applicants will be required to have:

  • Cannabis experience
  • Ideally 3 years commercial experience
  • Team player skills
  • Forward thinking
