Customer Success - London, United Kingdom - Chambers & Partners
Description
We are looking for a pro-active and dedicated individual to join us at Chambers and Partners.
A brand-new role, you will be working within the Customer Success team supporting all current and future initiatives to drive submissions retention and growth.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Drive the growth of submissions across all Chambers Guides.
- Help to build out a superior customer journey for all submitting firms, making it easy for firms to submit.
- Respond to submission related queries.
Skills and qualifications:
- Impressive communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and remote
- Some marketing background/knowledge would be desirable
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Capable of working independently and at pace
Person specification:
- A natural people person who enjoys helping others.
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- High level of accuracy and an eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills (listening, written, verbal), both external and internal and at all levels of seniority.

Salary:
Up to £27,000.00 per year
