Hills Waste Solutions have an opportunity available for a
Transport Coordinator to join our team based in
Bristol. You will join us on a
full time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of
£29,312.

58 per annum
alongside a great range of benefits, including:

About the role:


As our Transport Coordinator, you will assist the Depot Supervisor in efficiently organising and controlling the operation of the heavy goods vehicle fleet.

Your key responsibilities as our Transport Coordinator will include:

  • To assist with any morning issues with the fleet
  • Routing vehicles as efficiently as possible
  • Monitor drivers work performance
  • Motivating the workforce and maintain high morale

What we're looking for in our Transport Coordinator:

Essential

  • Experience in the waste industry
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal,
  • Good Customer service skills.

Desirable

  • Experience within a transport office
