My client within the Financial Sector is currently hiring for a Programme Manager that has the ability to deliver successful Programmes and complex Projects.
Wholly responsible for the financial performance and customer satisfaction on specified Programmes.
They are looking for someone who can work within a high pressure environment and adhere to aggresive timeline with experience working within an environment building containerised platforms.
Overview:
- Overall delivery responsibility for Programme delivery to named customer(s). Leading delivery of projects, services and all delivery streams as "programme". Being responsible for the technical scope and expectation management as well as agreeing on responsibilities and accountabilities with stakeholders
- Financial management (external and internal) including actual revenues, management of monthly billing events, resource and financial forecasting. Input into the Sales Forecasting for nominated Account(s).
- Creation of opportunities within the Account(s) and owning the opportunities through lead recording to closure before Delivering to the Account(s). When appropriate for the upsell opportunity, do so with cooperation with Presales proposing appropriate addon services and offerings
- Creation of Document of Understand (DoU) or Statement of Works (SoW) including obtaining appropriate internal review before issuing and managing the process through to countersigners
- Fully participate and adhere to the Sales to Delivery Handover process
- Own Programme relationship management for the senior stakeholders (tactical governance)
- Create and manage demand and capacity management for the Delivery (staffing plans)
- Ensuring SLA performance and driving continuous improvement in delivery (efficiency, quality) in cooperation with Customer Success Manager and PMs
- Effective and efficient onboarding of colleagues to the engagement
- Several years of experience in delivering complex programmes of work related to cloud migrations with understanding of Data Centres and public Cloud Operating models and patterns
- Strong experience of Waterfall Delivery. Ability to pivot to Agile for specific complex Projects; demonstrating successful delivery on either methodology.
- Strong experience coaching and leading high performing motivated teams. Ideally experience of helping high profile customers migrate to Azure, AWS or Google Cloud Understanding of Data Centres and public Cloud Operating models and patterns (experience in at least one of the 3 hyperscalers: AWS / Google Cloud / Microsoft Azure
- Legal and Commercial competence to handle contracts and financials
- Experience of owning a P&L with capabilities and comprehension of P&L and factors influencing the commercial success of a Programme
- Highend presentation skills and ability to facilitate workshops and conflicts
- Relevant certifications (e.g. ITIL, Scrum, etc.) are desirable
