To succeed in this role as aMulti skilled Building Engineer you will -

Have at least 5 years experience working within a maintenance and repairs role.
Be a real all rounder multi trader with strong technical ability to undertake a wide range of repairs on residential properties, tasks may include but not limited to; plumbing, electrical testing, joinery, installing kitchens, decorating, refurbishments.
Have done some form of technical trade training or have certificates such as HNC Building Engineering Services, Electrical Engineering, 18th Edition, C&G Advanced Craft Certificate, NVQ Plumbing,NVQ L3 Carpentry and Joinery, CSCS Card, NIC EIC approved,JIB Card.
Understand the importance of completing work in a timely and accurate manner.
Be customer focused and act with confidentiality. You may be entering client homes.
Be Health & Safety conscious, ideally hold a qualification such as IOSH.
Liaise with contractors and suppliers.
Be able to work independently.
Have a valid driving licence and able to work in a mobile capacity.
