Conveyancing Executive - Guildford

This Guildford based office is currently seeking a licensed conveyancer preferably with experience of working in a development sales team.

The role will involve exchanging contracts, dealing with completions and having full conduct of transactions, drafting, engrossing and completing transfers and leases in a standard form and drafting completion and financial statements.

Ideally you will have solid conveyancing experience, be capable of running a significant number of files and work matters simultaneously.
