Description
Key Duties:
- Raising sales invoices.
- Credit control chasingout standing invoices.
- Issuing statements to clients.
- Organising payment runs.
- Manage and maintain financial records and documents.
- Imputing purchase invoices and cross charging to clients.
- Maybe required to assist across other departments.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an account's administrator or similar role.
- Proficiency in xero, sage or other accounting software.
- Experience of working with Microsoft office including word, excel, outlook and power point.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Driving license preferred.
Job Type:
Part-time
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary:
£18,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
