Description

Key Duties:


  • Raising sales invoices.
  • Credit control chasingout standing invoices.
  • Issuing statements to clients.
  • Organising payment runs.
  • Manage and maintain financial records and documents.
  • Imputing purchase invoices and cross charging to clients.
  • Maybe required to assist across other departments.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Proven experience as an account's administrator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in xero, sage or other accounting software.
  • Experience of working with Microsoft office including word, excel, outlook and power point.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Driving license preferred.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 30 per week


Salary:
£18,000.00-£19,000.00 per year
