About the team
You will be joining a highly motivated and driven team of people who work in the Payment Gateway sector. The focus is on delivering high quality Implementation Projects which meet the needs of our customers.
Achieving this requires creativity and an enthusiasm for continued learning to stay ahead of the ever-evolving world of payment processing.
What you will be doing
You provide project support and technical guidance for our small/mid-market customers whilst they create new integrations to the Worldpay payment gateway and other supported third party payment systems.
Managing a varying portfolio of customer projects including new and additional setups, you will see them through from the scoping stage right up to full live payment processing.
- Support customers during implementation, onboarding and induction to drive customer advocacy and reduce risk
- Develop and implement an appropriate integration approach with support from the Account Managers/Partner managers for Customers
- Support the development of sales opportunities with prospect and existing Customers
- Production of accurate and complete business process and functional requirements documentation that receives the buyin of the business community and is consistent with project terms of reference
- Support handoff between the pre and post sales service ensuring the customer is "live" within agreed timescales improving the time to revenue
- Be the internal point of referral and undertake team training as required, to increase personal knowledge across full product offering

- Highly organised with a good appreciation of project management skills
- Clear and positive communication, written and verbal
- Able to systematically identify and communicate problem solving solutions
- Experience of Windows, OSX, Linux, iOS, Android operating systems
- Selfmotivated and results driven
- Orientated to excellent service delivery

- Computer related Degree
- Project Management related qualifications
- Networking fundamentals
- Knowledge of database technologies
- Knowledge of programming/scripting language(s)
