Mint Northwest Ltd have over 25 years experience as a general building/adaptation specialist company carrying out all manner of domestic work.

We specialise in home adaptations i.e wet room adaptations, single storey extensions, internal alterations, ramped accesses for the elderly and disabled.

We have contracts with local housing authorities around the North West and now looking to expand our teams.

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plumber / Multi Skilled Operative to assist with this.

You must be experienced in first and second fix plumbing working in domestic and commercial properties, and complete your work to a high standard.

You will have achieved a minimum NVQ II or City and Guilds or equivalent in plumbing.

It will be an advantage if the applicant can demonstrate additional skills in at least two of the following areas: Basic joinery, Patch plastering, Painting/decorating

You must take pride in your work, have a flexible approach, be able to deal with customers courteous way, be punctual and reliable.

Must hold a current, valid driving licence (max 6 penalty points), as this position comes with a company vehicle.

A DBS Check will be carried out upon commence of employment.

Must have own tools.

39 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Locations for projects:

North West Area

Sub-Contractors will be considered for this position but must have own van and own tools. Hourly rate will be discussed at interview - ring

Pay:
£29,406.00-£32,448.00 per year
