If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join Evolution Funding as a Team Leader.
Evolution is the largest motor finance broker in the UK.

Since our formation in 2002, we have transformed from a traditional motor finance brokerage into a technology-led firm with systems and technology capabilities that are designed to put the customer first and help our partnerships to grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Day to day line management including holiday and absence management, return to work interviews, conducting one to one reviews and performance management.
Coach, motivate and develop your team members, instilling a desire for continuous improvement.
Work to KPI's and business targets using your leadership skills to guide your team to achieving and exceeding these objectives.
Foster a culture of collaboration, ensuring seamless communication between teams and enhancing the overall customer experience.
Recognise and celebrate the achievements of your team members and the business cultivating a positive and motivating work environment.
Recruitment responsibilities such as conducting interviews and training of additional team members when necessary.
Continued development by identifying new opportunities to improve processes, systems and procedures.

Experience and Skills Required:

Significant experience in managing teams within a call centre environment.
Strong coaching skills with a demonstrated history of getting the best out of your team members.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling collaboration across departments and with external partners
Problem solving skills with the ability to challenge existing practices to drive improvements.
A customer focused mindset, dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve and exceed KPI's

This role is primarily office based in Chesterfield (S41 9AZ), is full time and includes some weekend work and shift work in the week through to 6.30 p.m.
