We are currently recruiting a Guest Services Assistant to join our Layered Reality team. We create multi-sensory experiences combining music, immersive theatre, virtual reality, motion simulators and 5D effects. Our two existing locations are- The War of The Worlds The Immersive Experience &

Position Summary
The Guest Services Assistant will ensure that we deliver this cutting-edge experience at the optimal level to all guests.
On a daily basis, the Guest Services Assistant will ensure that that the customer service pre, during and post-experience is executed at the highest level.
You will be responsible for guest information flow to both team members and management, so strong communication skills are key.
Scope & Responsibilities
Background & Experience
You will be a highly self-motivated individual, with a wide variety of experience working in customer services. Previous experience in immersive experiences, theatre, events or visitor attractions is preferable.
Desired Attributes
Minimum three years' experience in customer services.
A desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Confident both working as part of a team and independently.
Flexible (evening and weekend work will be required).
Additional languages desirable.

Probation: 3 Months
Pay:
£11.50 p/h plus incentives
