Alexander Steele continue to work in partnership with a wonderful food manufacturer who supply to retailers, B2B and food service across the UK.

Due to exciting growth the business are looking for a HR Manager to join their team at their site in West Yorkshire.


On offer:


  • Salary is £45,000 to £50,000 doe
  • Working on site Monday to Friday
  • Enhanced annual leave and company pension

The Role:


This is an exciting role that sits within the shared service centre at the head office which is at the heart of a multi-site manufacturing business.

The people partner plays a key role in the business by delivering the people agenda across the business which includes Best Companies to Work for Recognition, introducing and implementing new HR platforms and ways of working


The business is looking for a results driven HR Professional who has a minimum of 2 years experience working in a HR / people and culture centric role, has a solid understanding of employment law, holds CIPD 5 or 7 and is able to interpret this to working practice.

The ability to build great working relationships with stakeholders at all levels is essential, provide practical people policy advice, positively influence and challenge, have excellent attention to detail, as well as having the ability to see the bigger picture to make appropriate recommendations will also be essential in this role.


Salary:
£45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
