We seek an enthusiastic and hardworking team player to help review and redesign processes and implement new ICT systems to support adults / children'sservices.

The role will assisting the review and redesign of processes within adults and children's services, from requirement gathering to implementation.

It will help facilitate developments in the Council's social care system, Azeuscare. The ability to produce and maintain project documentation, coordinate multiple work streams are fundamental to the role.?

Customer relationship skills.?
Process review and redesign skills.?
Project management experience.?
Understanding of existing technologies and new emerging technologies.?
Experience of managing a development lifecycle, from review to implementation.?
Experience of working with social care systems (preferably Azeuscare).
Experience of producing project documentation and presenting to multiple audiences.
Problem solving and analytical skills.

In addition to this, you will be an excellent communicator, be sympathetic, patient and understanding.?
