Deputy Nurse Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Nurse Manager to join our management team at The Placement Group's office in Belfast. Our company has a diverse client base across England, Wales and Northern Ireland.
The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day operations, undertaking interviews, clinical supervision, appraisals and revalidations. They will ensure candidates meet quality and legislative standards of RQIA and provide advice on training and clinical governance.
This role involves managing compliance, training and governance functions within the company. It is an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.
A background in Mental Health Nursing is essential for this position. Having Safety Interventions Instructor Qualification would be advantageous.
