The Role and its Responsibilities
The Social Media & PR Executive will play a critical role in maintaining and developing Xydus' social media presence, contributing to the development, planning and execution of best-in-class social media content.
The Social Media & PR Executive will work to achieve two core objectives; firstly, to raise awareness of Xydus amongst potential clients, the media, investors and other stakeholders and secondly, to grow our channels, namely on X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn and YouTube.
The Social Media & PR Executive will take responsibility for converting marketing and recruitment objectives into actionable content plans; working alongside the CMO to draft, schedule and create accompanying assets for all social media posts.
The Social Media & PR Executive will measure the performance of existing activities to see what works well and what doesn't work so well, identifying areas of opportunity and keeping on top of new tools, ideas and channels that could be utilised by Xydus.
**Duties- Manage the Group's various social accounts, including LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), YouTube and other relevant channels
- Explore newer channels and offer recommendations on how we can best maximise content
- Remain aware of key dates, events, and trends to find opportunities for Xydus to maximise engagement
- Develop engaging content for our company's social media platforms
- Monitor and proactively respond to positive engagement with branded content
- Plan social media strategies and execute content calendars to ensure a consistent and captivating brand presence across all social media channels
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content creation with marketing campaigns and company objectives
- Provide analysis and reporting on existing social media channels, the success of our content plans, as well as advising on how to improve
Experience
A minimum of 2-3 years of working experience in social media management and content creation with a strong understanding of social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube etc.) and their respective best practices.
Required Skills:
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms and scheduling software
- Proven experience in content creation with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling
- Strong problemsolving and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal

- Tableau (good to have)

This role is a hybrid role, working from our Head Office 2 days per week and working remotely 3 days per week.
This is a full-time, permanent position and will be required to work:
Monday - Thursday 9.00 am pm
Friday 9.00 am pm
