Citizens Advice East Lancashire, a local independent charity affiliated with the national Citizens Advice organisation, is seeking an Advice Services Supervisor/advisor to join our dedicated team.

As a vital part of our organisation, you will play a key role in both supervising our advice service and advising as required, ensuring positive outcomes for our community members.

This role is mainly across Pendle and Burnley with occasional cover across East Lancs as required.

Role Overview:

As an Advice Services Supervisor, you will be responsible for advising, supervising advice sessions and ensuring the quality of advice meets national standards.

Location:
Hybrid with offices in Pendle, Burnley, Bacup & Accrington.
