Hours: 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

The Customer Service Administrator will join the existing customer service department of one of the UKs leading manufacturers within the construction industry.
The role will see you proving telephone-based support to customers including both trade and consumers.This role is responsible for providing high levels of customer service, dealing with queries, resolve issues and provide customers with regular updates.
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:- Regular contact with customers and suppliers
- Data input onto the CRM system
- Resolve issues, deal with complaints, and build relationships with customers
- Arrange deliveries of goods
- Previous customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to listen to customers and resolve issues
- Good IT skills
