More about your role

We have a vacancy for a Sales Co-ordinator who will provide support to the Sales & Marketing Team in managing the marketing and promotion of the Group's Outright Sale and Affordable Sale properties.

You will coordinate the sales procedure to ensure customers receive a smooth and efficient service from reservation to sales completion whilst ensuring that the organisations procedures and guidelines are adhered to.

With great administration skills you will ensure accurate and timely records are kept in relation to plot sales status, forecast dates, sales progression notes and audit trail information.

This will be based out of our London office but the post will require occasional travel to visit both existing sites and new sites under consideration.
